I'm proud to introduce you Mr. Moffit, my 3rd honorary blog mascot. Mr. Moffit hails from my own old stomping grounds of Sayville, New York and hopefully he will follow in the tradition of my two previous mascots and be adopted very soon.
Like my first mascot, Sahara, Mr. Moffit was abandoned by his family. When Mr. Moffit's family packed up their apartment to move, they simple put him outside and drove away. Luckily, a local real estate agent noticed him and figured out what had happened. From then on, every time she showed the apartment to potential new residents, Mr. Moffit would try to go in with her.
She soon noticed that he was losing weight and contacted P.A.W.S (the Pine Animal Welfare Society) in Sayville and they took him in. He's now in a foster home and is getting along with the other foster cats/kittens there. But he needs a home of his own and together, I'm hoping we can find him one.
Here are his stats:
Age: between 1 and 2 years
Eye color: gold
Health: Mr. Mofitt is NEGATIVE for FeLV/FIV. He's neutered and also vaccinated.
Identifying trait: Mr. Moffit doesn't have a tail
If you or someone you know can provide Mr. Moffit with a loving home, email me at cboyle.now@gmail.com
With the lucky streak my mascots have been having, I'm hoping we can help Mr. Moffit find a home before the New Year!
